GUY M. ALBERTINI has, since
1967, been representing members of labor unions in various
serious injury matters, including work related injuries. For
the last 25 years, he has concentrated on representing injured
workers under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and
the Jones Act. He is Designated Legal Counsel for the United
Transportation Union, the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen
and the Transport Workers’ Union. He is admitted to
practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Tennessee.
P. MATTHEW DARBY has, since
1988, been practicing in the area of personal injury litigation,
including work related injuries under the Maryland State Workers’
Compensation Act, the Federal Employers’ Liability Act,
the Jones Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’
Compensation Act. He is a current member of the Maryland Workers’
Compensation and Insurance Oversight Committee of the Maryland
Legislature and of the Maryland Medical Fee Guide Committee.
He served on the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association Board
of Governors and was the founding Chair of the Workers’
Compensation Section. He is also former Chair of the Baltimore
City Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Committee.
He is admitted to practice in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
